Committee by the Chief Bankruptcy Judge to deal with the recent bankruptcy

Paul, Sr. has cultivated the firm of Halliday & Halliday began by his
father into a prominent and well respected law firm specialized to service
the needs of mortgage servicers. Today, Paul, Sr. serves as president
and senior partner of the firm Halliday & Watkins and remains active in
the Real Property section of the Utah State Bar. Paul, Sr. is a former
member of the Utah Bar Examiners Committee, Utah Rules of Evidence
Revision Committee, and National Foreclosure Professionals.
Paul, Sr. graduated from the University of Utah with a B.A. in political
science, accounting, and Spanish, a LI.B. degree, and juris doctor
degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Stephen B. Watkins
Stephen has represented financial institutions, credit unions, and
investors with Utah portfolios in foreclosure, bankruptcy, post-foreclosure,
loss mitigation, and adversarial and litigated matters for twenty-five
years. Stephen also provides extensive experience with title insurers,
title insurance, and mortgage loan enforcement.
Stephen graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of
Law (Moot Court Honors Board) after graduating from the University of
Utah with a masters degree from the David Eccles School of Business
and a degree in finance (cum laude).
Stephen enjoys traveling and golf.
Paul M. Halliday, Jr.
For nearly twenty years Paul, Jr. has represented financial institutions,
credit unions, and investors with Utah portfolios in foreclosure, bankruptcy,
post-foreclosure, loss mitigation, and adversarial and litigated matters.
Paul, Jr. graduated from the California Western School of Law (National
Dean Honor List) after graduating from the University of Utah with
degrees in accounting, Spanish, and finance (cum laude). Paul, Jr. formerly
served on the board of directors and published various articles in
National Foreclosure Professionals. Paul, Jr. is also a licensed CPA.
Paul, Jr. was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoys the local amenities
such as skiing, golf, and has even dabbled in bobsledding.
Staci B. Chacon
Staci has been with Halliday & Watkins for nearly 20 years and has
managed all aspects of foreclosure, bankruptcy, post-foreclosure, loss
mitigation, and litigation matters. She currently manages foreclosure,
loss mitigation, post-foreclosure, and title resolution departments as
well as insuring FNMA, HUD, and specific investor compliance.
Staci graduated from Mountainwest Business College with certificates in
business management and computer technology.
Staci was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoys spending time boating,
fishing, camping, and hunting with family and friends.
Brenda Labrum
Brenda has been with Halliday & Watkins for 8 years and is well versed
in all aspects of foreclosure, bankruptcy, post-foreclosure, loss mitigation,
and title resolution. She currently manages the bankruptcy and eviction
departments as well as insuring compliance with servicer timeframes and
guidelines.
Brenda is a graduate of Salt Lake Community College with an
Associates Degree of Science.
Brenda was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoys spending time with
family and friends and traveling around the world.
